Take the NY-8 exit, EXIT 25, toward Chestertown/Hague.
Turn right onto State Route 8/NY-8.
Turn right onto State Highway 30/Adirondack Trail/NY-8/NY-30.
Turn left onto Southern Adirondack Trail/State Route 8/NY-8.
Turn right onto State Route 365/NY-365. Continue to follow NY-365.
Turn right onto Boone St/Central Adirondack Trail/NY-365.
Turn right onto River Rd/Central Adirondack Trail/NY-365.
Merge onto NY-365 W via the ramp on the left. Turn left toward I-90 (Portions toll).
Merge onto I-90 W via the ramp on the left toward Buffalo (Portions toll).
Take the County Hwy-57 exit, EXIT 38, toward Syracuse/Liverpool.
Keep left to take the ramp toward Oswego/Fulton.
Turn left onto Oswego Rd/County Hwy-91/County Hwy-57.
